SCRAPBOOK BOUTIQUE OCTOBER CHALLENGE
Hello, thanks for stopping by. I was inspired to enter the October Challenge over at Scrapbook Boutique. The Mood Board this month is so pretty and feminine and so I had the perfect stamp set in mind to create my card.

So my inspiration came from the photo in the left bottom corner and the stamp set I used for my card is from The Ton Stamps called Marvellous Perfumes. I stamped the perfume bottle images with Versamark ink on a scrap of water colour paper and heat embossed it using Nuvo Embossing Powder (Gold Enchantment) . This is my favourite gold embossing powder at the moment. It just sparkles so beautifully on projects, although its not always easy to capture this effect in photos.
To colour the images I used Victorian Velvet Distress Ink on an acrylic block and created a very watery colour wash for the bottles.
Next I created my card base. I used a square card from my stash, and layered a pink card followed by a piece of embossed paper left over from a previous project. I always keep decent sized scraps as they always come in handy at some point!
So all that was left to do was assemble the stamped images on the front of my card and i also added a row of tiny pearls along the bottom edge. I heat embossed the sentiment also from the same stamp set and attached it with double sided foam to make it 'pop'.
